About The Role

As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will improve the customer

experience using your background in strategy, execution and program management to help build coordinated, consistent, and deeply personalized messaging across platforms, channels, and partner teams. You will foster cross-functional and cross-team collaboration to develop seamless communication

experiences connecting a customer with an agent or lender!

You Will Get To

Partner collaboratively with Engineering, Decision Science and Marketing Ops to develop and implement cross-channel lifecycle strategies with a focus on data discovery and enablement. Provide thought leadership to optimize and expand user engagement, activation, retention, reactivation, and conversion programs through a deeply-personalized customer

experience. Partner with Product and Engineering to drive personalization in our existing customer messaging programs, as well as identify new messaging opportunities and channels. Become the subject matter expert for our communication and data platforms; deeply understanding capabilities and driving usage for new testing, new programming, and new ways to build omni-channel cross-functional strategies. Drive test-and-learn optimizations; provide insights and recommendations through analysis; use analytics and qualitative and quantitative insights to identify, size and prioritize opportunities. Deliver impact: Scope, evaluate trade-offs, define dependencies, goals and impact, set priorities and organize a backlog of projects from

requirements gathering to acceptance and execution.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical

location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $109,300.00 - $174,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other

locations.

In Addition To A Competitive Base

salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as

experience, performance and

location. Actual amounts will vary depending on

experience, performance and

location.

Who You Are

You are passionate about testing and monitoring results over time. You are constantly hunting for new areas of opportunity to improve customer

experience, and have a successful track record of developing and implementing channel and data-mapping strategies for dynamic content

experiences. A cross-functional collaborator, you thrive switching contexts and forming relationships with engineers, product managers, data science and analysts as well as creative teams, and content creators. Outstanding interpersonal, networking and communication

skills with an emphasis on the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy that inspires and facilitates alignment. A seasoned marketing expert, able to quantify impact and articulate tradeoffs across numerous channel initiatives, to drive customer and business impact. Excited to lead complex multi-channel projects from start to finish, in uncharted territory, where you will define and consistently improve new processes, and establish clear roles and

responsibilities to achieve successful outcomes. Self-directed and able to identify and tackle complex cross-functional opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on

experience in lifecycle marketing channels—email marketing required, SMS, In-App and Push marketing preferred, and

experience with Direct Mail a plus. Functional knowledge of HTML/CSS and email marketing platforms, CDP piping or services required (Batch vs real-time API/webhooks,Lambda); SQL-writing for Data ETL preferred. Email and Push deliverability reputation data analysis and

requirements preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau required;

Experience using Litmus, JIRA and Confluence, and Simon Data preferred. Ability to independently plan and run programs and projects of significant complexity and risk across multiple teams and functions with partners.
