Environment, Health and Safety Manager

ResponsibilitiesManage or conduct all environmental, health and safety related training and ensure the safety of all co-workers.Perform scheduled plant safety, environmental and ISO-14001 inspection/audits.Handle work related injuries, workers’

compensation issues and work related/non-work-related return to work programs; Participate in case management meetings and may provide documentation and testimony in litigation cases.Regularly conduct work area ergonomics reviews and advise coworkers on proper work methods.Develop and maintain EHS programs; Maintain detailed records on all medical related activities or coworkers for complete and accurate records, reports, analysis or legal documentation.Responsible for all required EHS, including OSHA 300 logs, BLS Surveys, EPCRA Tier 2, and EPA Form R reports.

Qualifications4 years technical degree preferred, or equivalent combination of

education and

experience as approved by executive management.5+ years of environmental, health and safety

experience.3+ years in a leadership role.Manufacturing

experience is required.
