YETI is looking for a talented creative, analytical, and results-oriented Senior Brand Strategy Manager to conjure and champion great ideas. The role reports to the Senior Director, Brand in Austin, TX. The Senior Brand Strategy Manager will be a force for critical thinking who is creatively curious, has an instinct for a good brand story, and has the confidence to challenge conventional thinking.

Responsibilities

Gather data, formulate insights, and articulate strategic brand opportunities that will impact the business and drive omnichannel growthWork cross-functionally to collect all relevant inputs and opinions, provide the analysis to make marketing decisions from that effortLook to culture and consumer behavior to craft briefs and campaigns that power our growth goals and generate positive affinity with audience targetsIdentify and refine target audience(s), regularly monitoring relevance of that target and identifying strategies and tactics to engage and connect our brands to our consumerUse creative storytelling and presentation to bring to life our brand strategies, insights, and target audienceIdeate and identify the unexpected applications of brand that touch consumers and culture – partnerships, collaborations, brand activationsChampion and wield brand thinking across campaigns, concepts, and the organization; ensure everything we do is authentic and represents the best interests of the communities we serveConsistently assess competitive strategies and uncover white space opportunitiesWork closely with domestic and international teams to ensure alignment with the overall global strategy; define and communicate modifications based on local market needs

Qualifications And Attributes

Bachelor’s Degree requiredAt least 6 years of

experience with direct-to-consumer marketing in global brand management/brand strategyRecord of leveraging consumer insights and

experience to develop campaigns;

experience using data and metrics to back up assertions of business value

Experience leading go-to-market strategiesDemonstrable understanding of the various functional aspects of a marketing organization, plus digital/social media landscapesExcellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact at senior levels of the organizationPrevious

experience developing cross-channel marketing plansNimble, resourceful, and detail-oriented; thrive in both independent and collaborative work environmentsStrong project management

skills – ensure project milestones are met according to commitments; ability to manage and prioritize a wide variety of project types that vary in scope and scale and excel in a lean work environmentPosition is based at our HQ

location in Austin, TX and will require a minimum of 3 days onsite weekly. Re

location required if not local.
