Join our Housing Tenancies team and you will join a team that takes real pride in what we do and the services we provide. Our tenants are at the heart of everything that we do and we are looking for people who are willing to go that extra mile with a ‘do it right, ‘do it once’ attitude.


You will work from our reception and be responsible for providing full administrative support to our estate office teams, along with a triage service to our tenants, digital support, taking messages and managing the kiosks and other payment methods. You will need to be organised and accurate in your approach, as well as being confident and professional at all times.

Hours of work Monday – Thursday 8.45am- 4.45pm

Friday 8.45am – 4.15pm – 37 hours

Or job share Monday – Wednesday 18.5 hours

And Wednesday – Friday 18.5 hours
