As an Applications Supervisor, you will supporting the regulatory support team and ensuring all work is performed to a high standard.
Role:
- Recording and updating documents
- Training and coaching your colleagues
- Managing and assisting with applications
- Lead by example
- Assist your team to overcome problems with solutions
- Liaise with other departments
Experience:
- Experience managing and coaching a team
- You will need to have an administrative and customer service background
- Both good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Take control of all situations
- Experience building relationships
