About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for our Small Business Card Team in Cards & Merchant Services, part of Consumer Lending. This role will be responsible for driving change across the customer lifecycle to improve how we do business and better serve our small business customers. This work will include working closely with legal, risk, controls, and compliance partners to develop a strong foundation to meet business needs and drive future growth. The ideal candidate had robust
experience partnering with key functional partners to drive process improvements, leading complex cross-LOB initiatives, and influencing all levels of an organization to define enterprise solutions.

Critical to success in this role will include a firm background in the First Line of Defense (FLOD) or equivalent within legal, risk, compliance and controls in the financial services industry with an ability to credibly challenge partners appropriately. The Senior Lead will have strategic
experience leading complex initiatives at scale across a matrixed organization which will include providing strategic direction and influencing key partners to design and build a best in class
experience.
In This Role, You Will
Act as an advisor to the Business Card leadership team to drive performance, process improvements, and initiatives to meet key legal, risk, compliance, and control deliverablesLead the strategy and execution of highly complex initiatives and process improvements that require solid analytical
skills, extensive knowledge of business processes , and a deep understanding of business strategyProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross functionalLead team meetings, key partner meetings, or steering committees to facilitate decision making and support delivery of initiativesStrategically engage with all levels within the organization across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an
experienced advisor to the business card leadership teamProvide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
