Sale

  • Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
  • Take a lead on finding what will sell and what not to improve the profit.
  • Motivating employees to reach sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Managing and accounting for all money-handling procedures.

Stock

  • Ordering, recording, and managing inventory.
  • Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Overseeing retail inventory.

Staff

  • Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
  • Preparing employee work schedules.
  • Addressing employee disputes, questions, and concerns.
  • Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures.
  • Taking disciplinary action when necessary.

Requirement

  • Stable work history.
  • Must be good at planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
