Duties
Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their
skills and knowledge
Experience
Minimum of 1-2+ years of
experience in maintenance or related field Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings Proven
experience in project management and leading teams Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written, in English Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
