Superintendent

As a Commercial Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of commercial construction projects, including tenant improvements, complex renovations, and new construction projects up to $10 million in value. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, from planning and scheduling to on-site management and quality control.

Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.Oversee on-site activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to facilitate smooth project execution and timely completion.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety standards are met.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, including assistant superintendents, foremen, and laborers.

Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of

experience as a Commercial Superintendent, with a proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building codes.Excellent leadership and communication

skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
