Senior Construction Manager

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our client's construction projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 3-5 Project Managers and 6-10 Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of Project Managers and Superintendents, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting project status, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or challenges.

Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of

experience in construction managementStrong leadership and team management

skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
