This position is for graduates of the AdFellows 7.0 class.

This position plays a key role in supporting the Customer and Marketplace Insights (CMI) team. The role will provide critical internal and external market intelligence to support strategic decision-making and research workstreams related to communications and advertising. This person should be interested in quantitative and qualitative market research, with a passion for understanding what makes people tick. The main function of this role is to support research projects from start to finish.

Planning, designing, drafting, and reviewing communication surveys and discussion guides with internal feedback

Testing Programmed Quantitative Surveys

Coding Open Ended Responses As Needed

Analyzing, synthesizing, and reporting research results to deliver actionable communication insights

Drafting communication recommendations based on business goals and decision-making needs

Providing Analysis Of Emerging Trends From Secondary Data Sources

Desk/lit Review Analysis And Reporting

Managing Project Timelines Date To Ensure Project Deliverables Are On Time

Managing communications with research vendors, including scheduling meetings and answering vendor questions about the project

Maintaining share drive files and folders, update with key project files

You'll need to have:

Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work

experience.

Three Or More Years Of Relevant Work

experience.

Be a graduate of the current AdFellows 7.0 class.

Even Better If You Have One Or More Of The Following

Understanding of research principles, such as survey design, qualitative interview process, discussion guide development, moderation, sample size determination, etc.

An understanding of market research methods such as consumer panel surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography, etc.

compensation range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $148,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The

salary will vary depending on your

location and confirmed job-related

skills and

experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your

compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
