CompanyRole DescriptionFord of Northampton is looking for a full-time Sales Associate for our dealership located in Northampton, MA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs/wants, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The Sales Associate will be expected to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, meet and exceed targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role.
