Role Overview & Specifications
We are engaged in the business of Child Care and Preschool. We need two (2) Center Directors for two of our
locations in New York (Elmsford / Scarsdale / Valhalla area).
One of them is currently under construction and aiming to open in late 2024. The Director will be responsible initially for local area marketing, enrolling families virtually or in person utilizing our other centers until we are open, as well as hiring and training our opening staff.

Benefits :• $75,000 - $85,000/year base
salary depending on
education, certifications, and
experience – in addition, there is a bonus incentive based on enrollment (Up to $100,000 including bonus).•

Responsibilities:• Oversee all operations of the school, specifically focusing on
educational programming, special events and activities, managing budget/finances, relationship building, quality assurance related to health & safety, and faculty onboarding, training & development• Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the school for the future• Develop strong relationships with our families• Comply with state childcare licensing regulations• Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to serve in various roles as needed • Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records
Qualifications:• At least 2-years of continuous
experience as a Director in a licensed childcare center or preschool with at least 20 employees and100 enrolled students required.• Familiarity with and willingness to closely adhere to and enforce federal and state childcare licensing standards required• Excellent organization and multitasking
