Role Overview & Specifications

The Mustang Club is an upcoming and exciting addition to the downtown Bowling Green, KY area. Set to open in the fall of 2024, this business is located in a nearly 100 year old historic building. We will offer a wine bar, full-service restaurant, venue, and a 1930's live-jazz Speakeasy Bar. We are on the search of our General Manager. Once we find our fearless leader, we will build our entire team around their capabilities and limitations. We will not have a staff of employees...we will build a team. Call it corny if you like, but successful teams of like-minded people accomplish amazing things and especially in the hospitality industry. Our team will be cohesive, thoughtful, quirky, innovative, and fun. After all, work doesn't always have to feel so "worky", right?
