Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, or RMA)

Necessary

qualifications and

skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required for MA; certified or registered Medical Assistant from an accredited institution preferred (RMA/CMA). Minimum of tow (2) years medical office

experience preferred in a clinical setting.

Summary: Responsible for coordinating and compliance with regard to associate health issues, immunizations, TB skin tests and fit testing. Implements policy and procedures. Flexible work hours required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally. Works in well lighted area. Participates in associate orientation. Secures medical history. Maintains confidential associate health records. Promotes, instructs, and screens for wellness programs.
