What You Will Do

The Administrative Liaison provides administrative and secretarial support for specialty practices. The Administrative Liaison provides administrative and secretarial support to practice physicians and senior staff. They also provide adequate backup in reception coverage by assisting in greeting outpatients, collation and handling incoming calls. In supporting the practice physicians this position will be responsible for surgical scheduling.

What You Will Need

Surgical Scheduling

experience required.Associate degree in administrative medical Secretary or similar major or 5 years of related

experience.Familiar with physician's office proceduresGood oral communication and interpersonal

skillsWorking knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, excel, graphics.HS Diploma / GED RequiredAbility to lift 20 lbs.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.92

Pay Is Based On

experience,

skills, and

education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base

salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on

location.
