Description

Position Purpose

The Cafeteria Aide Performs a variety of food service area setup and closing procedures including sanitation

duties.

What You Will Do

Responsible for major sanitation tasks of cafeteria service; assembles and delivers patient trays and or food trucks; assembles and delivers floor stock or requisitions; empties trash cans, sweeps, and mops, performs various sanitation tasks.Assists with order receiving as requested; fills in for stock room person as needed; operates cleaning and dish washing machine equipment, collects, strips, washes and puts away all service ware.Make coffee drinks, smoothies, and know about the desserts being served to customers.

Minimum

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service operation.

Experience in a cafeteria type food services operation preferred.Ability to pass drug screenings and background check.
