Trago's in-town store is located on Falmouth's famous and picturesque harbour.

Part Time Till Operative – 14.75 hours working Saturday and Sunday

Salary

£10.42 per hour plus generous staff discount scheme

Retail Store Manager

· To work flexibly, undertaking retail and such other activities to maximise sales, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Retail store management and colleagues

· Pricing goods, stocking shelves and displaying merchandise

· Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all fixtures, equipment and fabric of the shop premises

· Promoting special offers in-store

· Assisting the company and colleagues by carrying out such duties away from usual areas of work as may reasonably be required

· Prepared to carry out arduous work, either physical or mental

· Willing to take on reasonable additional responsibility as necessary

Person Specification

Experience

· Previous retail experience required

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Work well with others demonstrating enthusiasm and helpfulness

· Should take pride in cleanliness, be of smart appearance and have a confident manner

· Takes ownership for work, accepts direction and works efficiently to meet deadlines

· Develops job knowledge and skills through personal development

· Looks after own health and fitness

· Is honest, courteous and trustworthy in relation to the company, colleagues and customers

· An understanding of individual responsibility in complying with the Health & Safety policies and arrangements

· An understanding and commitment to fairness, diversity and dignity in the workplacethe workplace
