Now hiring Full-Time Live-In Nurse to help with personal care, homemaking, companionship for a couple in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts.
Must have an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Massachusetts

Join our team today and help us change the way the world ages: You will be providing impeccable care to an elderly couple by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management. You will treat your clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life. You are expected to live-in client's home and care for their needs based on a 13 hour workday schedule, 7 days a week for an ongoing basis. You are there for 24 hour / 7days a week support as clients need it with any emergencies. Must be willing to live in client's home during care.

Responsibilities
Providing services in accordance with policies and procedures and regulations that define scope of practice Prepares clinical and progress notes on the relevant and specialized nursing services he/she provides Provide transportation to and from appoinments as neededAssisting with wound careRefilling a med box Preparing equipment and materials for treatment, adhering to aseptic techniques as required Assisting the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques as required Assessing patient/family response to care Ensuring communication of information to appropriate team members
Qualifications
Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, currently active and in good standing Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality are strict
requirements Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work Attend and complete in-person orientation Over the age of 18 & authorized to work in the US
