Responsibilities

Assist the Purchasing department in daily tasks, as assigned. Contact vendors for insurance expirations; track and update in BCS system.Prepare and process new contracts.Research account payable, invoice, or purchase order issues as needed.Verify credits and adjustments, issue credit invoices as necessary.

List Qualification Or

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills.Strong organization and time management.Able to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced high work volume.
