Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at The Pension Group. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. Your day-to-day tasks will include ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering customer-focused service, and effectively communicating with clients. You will also handle aftersales inquiries and assist with resolving any issues that arise.
