Job
Summary | Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should have 10 - 20 years’
experience with mid- to large-size projects including management of all work phases from investigation through remediation.
Experience with NJDEP/LSRP projects is a plus.
Experience in project and task management is also required including coordination with management, clients, and project teams. Seeking a candidate with a Get It Done attitude. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with junior and senior level staff on projects of varying size/complexity.

Responsibilities
Primary
responsibilities will include the implementation and management of technical and administrative aspects of environmental remediation projects, as well as client communication and coordination.
Other
responsibilities include developing work scopes and cost estimates, implementing, directing, and overseeing soil, groundwater and vapor intrusion investigations, data management and evaluation, and technical report writing. This position has the opportunity for increased
responsibilities and advancement with a proven track record.
Experience Required10 – 20 Years’
experience with managing environmental remediation projects, preferably within the State of New Jersey.
Experience with staff management and mentoring including leading interdisciplinary teams of geologists, engineers, and other scientists through the completion of large-scale environmental remediation projects.
Experience managing clients, including administration of contracts, change orders, communication of project status, and technical, legal, and regulatory factors affecting project strategy.Knowledgeable and proficient in NJDEP statutes and regulations (e.g., SRRA/LSRP, ARRCS, and TRSR), associated technical guidance documents, regulatory timeframes, documentation/reporting
requirements, and SRP regulatory forms.
Experience with remedial investigations and design and implementation of remedial actions.General knowledge and
experience with construction principles as they relate to the implementation of remedial actions.Strong emphasis on excellent technical writing
skills - clear and concise presentation of complex information. Demonstrated
experience developing key remediation documents within the NJ Site Remediation Program.
