Role Overview & Specifications

An exciting PA role has arisen within a well established Lending organisation.

Key Accountabilities

  • Dealing with travel requirements, booking flights, accommodation, cars, chauffeurs, transfers, and visas
  • Accurate and confidential management of all correspondence (emails, calls, and mail) and maintaining an effective filing system
  • Preparing expenses (company credit card)
  • Maintaining service / maintenance for vehicles, including scheduling MOT inspection, service etc.
  • Managing property portfolio, including property abroad
  • Co-ordinating social events, booking dinners, sourcing venues, and managing logistical requirements.
  • Running errands, and any other duties upon request
  • Maintaining and protecting confidentiality regarding all aspects of Managing Director and company information
  • Organising and managing diary schedule co-ordinating meetings, booking rooms and preparing required paperwork Skills and Competencies
  • Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Thorough, logical, disciplined, and detailed style of working
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Watford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
