Director of Client Engagement and Deposit StrategyThe Anderson Search Group has been engaged by one of our top clients to identify a Director of Client Engagement and Deposit Strategy in Uvalde, Texas. This client is the premier bank in market and winner of the Bronze Eagle Award for Financial Literacy from the Independent Bankers Association of Texas. This is a new role to the bank and critical to the bank's aggressive growth plans. The role will work directly with the bank's executive committee to formulate and execute a strategy to increase client engagement and maximize deposits. Open to candidates interested in relocating to Uvalde, Texas.

The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:5+ years deposit gathering, business development/relationship management and sales

experience

Experience working with HNW/UHNW clientsProven track record for expanding and deepening existing deposit relationshipsPrior government, institutional/public fund deposit

experience preferredAbility to relocate to Uvalde, Texas
