Location: Round Lake, IL

Pay Rate: $30 -32 per hour

Assignment Type: 12+ months assignment, possible temp-to-hire

Position

Overview:The Supply Chain Analyst is a vital asset in supporting the Supply Chain, Operations, and Clinical departments. Utilizing advanced tools like GME, Kinaxis, Tableau, and Excel, this role ensures efficient data management, analysis, and support to optimize supply chain processes.

Key

Responsibilities:Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract, analyze, and present data using GME, Kinaxis, Tableau, and Excel. Generate reports to identify KPIs, cost-saving opportunities, and product standardization.

ERP and Database Management: Act as a subject matter expert in GME ERP and related systems. Manage the Supply Chain ERP database, ensuring data integrity and conducting data cleansing initiatives.

Vendor Analysis: Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.

Process Improvement and Collaboration: Identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate root cause analyses. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance personnel.Inventory and Production Month-End Management: Oversee inventory

location updates, support physical inventory processes, and manage month-end close procedures.

Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with other departments to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.

Qualifications:3+ years of Supply Chain Analysis

experienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.Proven

experience with GME, Kinaxis, Tableau, and Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving

skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Lawson, and understanding of supply chain processes.
