Patient Services Coordinator

TEKsystems is currently hiring for a Medical Office Assistant. This is an onsite position located in Columbia, MD to assist patients in a positive and smooth visit. Shift : Monday - Fri 8AM - 5PM

Description

This candidate will be responsible for answering phones and scheduling appointments, and other

duties as directed by the providers.Using EPIC EMR to update patient medical histories and demographics.Verifying insurances and helping patients with check in and check out.

skillsPreference will be shown to candidates with recent EPIC

experienceMedical outpatient

experience preferred but not required (2-5 years)Must have some medical background/

experience and EMR

experienceMust have computer proficiency
