Description
This team is situated within the Global Dealer Leaning division. They do the design and analysis of course material for dealers in 9
locations and 8 countries across the globe. This team is responsible for training development and curriculums for their dealers, total training programs, and the analysis/design of course material: video, info graphics, etc. They are also responsible for robust assessments to determine if curriculum is meeting the individual needs of dealers (they do not approach work from a "one size fits all" perspective.

Responsibilities*
Designs, develops, evaluates, and prepares the training plan and provides guidance regarding course content, methods and media to be used, training aids, skill levels and attendance.
Provides counsel and guidance regarding program development and training design for service training programs
*typical Day*
Participates in the overall planning, designing, and development of job role competencies, curriculum's, courses, and assessments for a specific subject area using ADDIE methodology.
Assists in periodically analyzing existing maps and matrices to make recommendations to fill any gaps discovered.
Participates in curriculum innovation, design, and research, and ensures the development and maintenance of the highest quality learning programs for dealers and marketing personnel.
Provides instructional design input for use of new learning outputs and technology.
Reviews internally produced content and resources to ensure adherence to development standards and industry best practices. Reviews externally produced content and works with vendors to produce content.
Perform consultation on industry best practices and customer proven process solutions.
