About the positionAs an integral member of the team, the Social Media Coordinator assists the entire team in executing client social media initiatives.
What You Will DoEach day your work will focus on these kinds of activities:Basic design and creation of digital content.Create weekly content calendars that maintain the appropriate client voice and strategy messaging points for each client.Research content messaging and stay up-to-date on Social Media best practices in the digital space.Responsibility for client Social Media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Creation and scheduling of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content.Posting daily graphics/content and monitoring audience reach.Coordination with team on any issues related to Social Media accounts.Perform client audits on new clients and/or current clients to suggest strategy improvements and showcase what is or isn’t working for their account.Assisting with other internal processes for the team, as assigned.Take ownership of daily work and tasks, work proactively and collaboratively to solve problems, communicate status, track time daily, deliver results, meet timelines, and client expectations.
Qualifications
Desire to continually gain insight and industry knowledge.A minimum of 3 years
experience in managing social media channels for a brand or multiple brands.Proven ability to be self-motivated and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written, oral and verbal communication
skills and organizational
skills.A willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team when needed. While in office, light clerical
duties may be required.Time management and multitasking abilitiesStrategic thinker, pragmatic, creative and problem solverBachelors in Marketing or a related field.
