What To Expect (Job

Responsibilities)

Develop and maintain Operations Service/Call Center staff models Act as a liaison between various departments for staffing and capacity planning Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers of change Influence and negotiate with business partners to drive decisions Develop benchmarking metrics to understand efficiency and productivity

What Is Required (

Qualifications)

Experience in constructing quantitative analysis and/or workforce modeling Service Operations/Contact Center and/or business forecasting

experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred Strong quantitative and mathematical

skills Proficiency in MS Excel and workforce planning tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred

Familiarity with IEX and other workforce planning tools Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving

skills Effective written and verbal communication
