Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of business and technology projects while ensuring alignment with budgets, plans, and requirements. Collaborating closely with business units, analysts, and architects, you will drive project governance, manage delivery efforts, and report progress to stakeholders. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities set by leadership.
Responsibilities:Adhere to project management governance and procedures, ensuring compliance with methodologies, templates, and reporting standards.Collaborate with business and IT teams, fostering engagement, learning, and driving project outcomes.Manage project schedules, resource allocation, procurement, and funding requests.Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and analyze outcomes to ensure quality and timely delivery.Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.Manage stakeholder expectations, implement service improvements, and address issues as they arise.Provide expertise in process development, gap analysis, and documentation.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting established deadlines.Gather and document business requirements through effective communication with business users.
Skills & Qualifications:Direct experience managing system integration projects.Proficiency in stakeholder management and prioritization.Familiarity with project governance structures, methodologies, and reporting requirements.Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and track multiple impactful projects.Strong process development and gap analysis skills.Excellent project management abilities, including multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results in a cross-functional environment.
