Production Line Lead - 2nd Shift

What does a Production Line Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily production operations to ensure the production line is operating safely, efficiently, and all products produced maintain the highest standards of consumer quality.

Shift Details

1pm - 9:30pm(Mon - Fri, some weekends)

Responsibilities

Supervise production line associates to drive efficiency and performance of key business indicators for Production, Quality, Safety, and Environmental relative to production processes Communicate daily with Shift Production Supervisor, Supply Planning and Raw Materials Planning to ensure optimized production schedules, and production output is in accordance with planning needs Oversee the lines operational efficiency, cleaning, and sanitation of production areas to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supervise, and provide professional development and training for production personnel

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment Must be at least 18 years of age 1+ years of work

experience Knowledge of manufacturing, production operators, and industrial technology preferred Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business Ability to lift 50 pounds
