All of our park homes are built using modern materials and design technology whilst hand-built in the traditional way to coach-building methods and values.

Job Description:Scope
To carry out first snags and internal siting on park homes. First Response Technicians represent Stately-Albion, their workmanship, attire and attitude are important to the continued success of the business. Our customers include individual homeowners and park owners. After every visit the customer must be happy with the quality and cleanliness of the work carried out.

Key Responsibilities

All technicians must:
Be prepared to travel and stay away from home for 2 nights a week.
Be courteous, presentable and respectful in people’s homes.
Be punctual and reliable.
Be able to carry out manual work.
Have a full driving licence with 6 points or less.
Work to the H+S standard required including the correct use of PPE.
Be prepared to work occasional weekends (paid).

Skillset
All technicians must have at least 2 of the following:
Carpentry
Carpet fitting
Ceramic / Porcelain tiling and grouting
Wallpapering / decorating
Plumbing
Kitchen fitting
UPVC window and door fitting and maintenance

Terms
Salary - £14.80 - £16.00
21 days holiday plus bank holidays
Use of company van
Company mobile phone
Company credit card provided for business expenses
