What is the role?

We have an exciting new opportunity for an undergraduate student to join our Performance Analysis department at Southampton Football Club for the 2023/24 season. The successful applicant will be responsible for the analysis provision in 1 or 2 age groups as well as assist permanent members.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who can be part of a multi-disciplinary team of people, be proactive and innovative in their approach and communicate effectively at all levels.

This placement MUST form part of the overall degree programme in order for you to be considered.

The competencies which are required include:

Essential Experience:

• 
  A high level of football knowledge
• 
  A good understanding of the elite sporting environment
• 
  Proficient using Keynote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Essential Qualifications (including certifications):

• 
  Undertaking a bachelor level degree in a sports science related degree that permits a placement year
