About Our Company:
SolidCAM is a leading provider of innovative Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software. As we continue to expand our operations in the United States, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team and oversee HR operations. You will be working closely with Insperity a 3rd party HR Solutions platform that oversees administrative HR functions including payroll and benefits and has extensive resources and expertise to enhance our employee’s experience.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about people and has experience working with a largely remote team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including sourcing candidates from numerous job platforms, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding of new employees.Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.Coordinate performance management activities, including performance evaluations and goal-setting with division leaders and their teams.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Plan and coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Human Resources.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft 365.
