Some reps make as much as $20,000+ in a month. And yes, solar makes a lot of sense in Oregon.

Role Description This is the entry position for people wanting to break into the industry. This position is 100% uncapped comission. Its about making friends in every neighborhood you visit. The role is for door to door appointment generation. We are trying to convert anyone with a roof (and some without) to make the right choice and talk to one of our engineers.

Hours vary, but generally a setter works between 10am-7pm at least 5 days a week. The job requires feet, preferably a car for travel, a smart phone, and either a silver tongue or the ability to replicate speech. The work you put in, you get paid back exponentially.
