This position is responsible for developing and implementing business-specific strategies focused on driving omni channel growth, strengthening virtual presence in both sales and jewelry repair, managing strategic projects, and optimizing store payroll. This includes, but is not limited to developing robust, logical, and actionable operational strategies to build and implement strategic objectives and plans, programs, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

Partner with the senior executives and business leaders to provide thought-leadership in developing strategies that are logically structured, grounded in data, and provide an opportunity for disruption and/or differentiation in retail/jewelry repair omnichannel operations.Lead the development of key strategies to transform the selling and repair cultures to adapt to our customer’s changing needs and

experiences, with focus on a service-oriented and personalized

experience that is seamless across all selling venues.Serve as one of the organizations principal leaders in the development of the department strategy, banner strategies and operational plans.Leverages insights to drive strategy and build short term and long-term innovation plans that drive revenue and increase market share.Develop and deliver strategic innovation projects driven by market, customer, and competitor intelligence analytics that will create a competitive advantage in the marketplace and build margin. Leads banner and operational projects, initiatives, and critical workstreams to drive agile design, implementation, and execution. Collaborate with Field and Support Center teams such as Human Resources, Field Operations, Marketing, Advertising, Merchandising and Field Learning and Development to determine opportunities for process improvement, while maintaining accountability for all standard retail and repair operating procedures. Partner with business leaders to define performance management expectations, incentive structures, and measures to ensure the right behaviors and metrics are being rewarded. Incorporate measurable performance indicators and metrics to track and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights of the customer’s journey.Triage, trouble shoot and escalate matters that may be negatively impacting team member and/or customer

experiences, with ongoing and frequent communication with leaders to resolve customer pain points. Optimize variable labor models and schedules to ensure staff levels meet forecasted volumes and support a balanced work/life schedule. This includes the development of ideal labor incentives and programs.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work

experienceMust have 10-15 + years Business Analyst and/or Retail Operations leadership roles ideally in an E-commerce, Omni Channel or Store Retail organizations, with project management

experience.High proficiency in problem solving using strong analytical and critical thinking
