Trust Department Assistant Accountant

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a firm of Chartered Accountants in West Yorkshire for someone to join their busy Trust and Estates department on a permanent basis and wondered if you may be interested in the role?

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum



The Role - To assist with:

• 
  The preparation of annual Trust and Estate Accounts
• 
  The preparation of annual Tax Returns using CCH software
• 
  Day to day administration of Trusts and Estates
• 
  Liaising with clients and H.M Revenue & Customs
• 
  Liaising with banks, solicitors, and stockbrokers
• 
  Other general office duties which may arise

• Will have previous experience in dealing with Trusts and Estate accounts or a more general background in accounting or taxation and who wishes to specialise in Trusts and Estates.
  
• Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• 
  Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• 
  Has a good telephone manner.
