Benefits Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee

benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and other supplementary offeringsServe as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issuesDevelop and execute communication strategies to educate employees on available

benefits, promoting understanding and engagementEnsure

benefits programs comply with NY & Federal laws and regulationsCollaborate with benefit providers to resolve issuesProvide support to employees in understanding and utilizing their
