Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen is an Adult Day Care center and a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Goshen, NY. Serving the Orange County community since the 1980s, we offer Adult Day Care services for adults who require assistance but prefer to live at home. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, our Day Care programs deliver professional care in collaboration with a personalized interdisciplinary team. Additionally, our skilled nursing services provide medical, clinical, social, and psychological components to address the needs of individuals who require long-term care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen in Goshen, NY. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing patient care, conducting physical therapy sessions, and facilitating rehabilitation. The role includes working closely with an interdisciplinary team consisting of nursing staff, dietitians, social workers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and activity leaders to maximize the independence and quality of life for our residents and registrants.
