SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support a fast-paced Intelligence Community program. This role is multi-faceted and in you will do many things, such as

Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line managementReview status of projects; manage schedules and prepare status reportsAssess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesDevelop schedules to meet contractual/project

requirements for an assigned portion of a program, participate in and establish program plan

requirements, and monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that objectives are metPerform assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectivesRecommend changes to team policiesDevelop solutions to a variety of problems moderate in scope and complexity. May refer to policies, procedures and practices. Work under only general direction; independently determine and develop approach to solutionsPlan schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectivesRepresent organization as a prime contact on contracts or projectsInteract with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

Qualifications

Must currently hold a TS/SCI and PolyMinimum of 9 years of relevant

experienceStrong interpersonal

skills, tact and judgement are requiredAbility to manage a small and diverse teamA proven ability to work independently without oversight on task completion, coordinating with customer stakeholders as neededTechnical aptitude and demonstrated problem solving

experienceBachelor's Degree
