Responsibilities:Tax Compliance: Assist in tax planning and compliance for tax equity funds, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
Fund Performance Tracking: Monitor financial performance, track investments, and provide regular updates to management and investors.
Accounts Receivable/Payable: Oversee processes, handle payment disbursements, and manage outstanding liabilities.
Bookkeeping and General Ledger: Maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and manage journal entries.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analysis for tax equity funds.
Internal Control: Implement and maintain internal controls over financial operations.
Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors during fund audits and provide necessary documentation.
Investor Relations: Act as a point of contact for investors, address inquiries, and provide financial updates.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and implement improvements.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with financial and tax regulations, ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2-3 years of
experience in accounting or tax, preferably in financial services or investment management.Proficiency in financial software preferred (e.g., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, SAP).Strong analytical
skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.Prior
experience in Public accounting or tax equity fund management is a plus.
