Ruder Finn Is Seeking An

experienced Account Supervisor of Digital to join our growing Digital practice and provide strategic counsel to our clients. As an Account Supervisor, you will support with social strategy, lead campaign development and oversee the creation and execution of strategic digital content and influencer campaigns, supporting a diverse set of clients in healthcare and corporate space. This individual will display a full understanding of digital and social channels, data analysis, paid media and will lead integrated programs from ideation to execution.As an Account Supervisor, to play a key role on our team, get the opportunity to work on some of the world’s largest and well-known brands, and have direct contact with clients, partners, and other practice groups across the country and globally. skills into key campaigns for the most desired client accounts in the digital space.

Key

ResponsibilitiesManage the ongoing execution of social and digital programsOwn and manage reporting for social and digital campaignsLead content integration across digital channels and platforms with other technologies as opportunities identifiedCollaborate with internal and external account, creative, digital marketing and measurement teamsCreate and manage paid recommendations for social and digital programsAssist with management of third-party influencer program activations and manage robust influencer campaigns with multiple partners and pieces of contentDeliver an excellent level of client service by articulating client digital needs to senior managers, updating on digital project status and priorities, and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team membersServe as daily client contact and act as client lead when appropriate, address client issues thoughtfully and effectivelyManage, mentor, and develop junior level talent by identifying

skills and teaching best in‐class digital strategies

Qualifications4+ years of digital and social media

experience in an agency setting; healthcare

experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communications

skills along with strong attention to detail

Experience with community management tools and social listening platforms including Sprinklr/Hootsuite Brandwatch/Talkwalker or similar

Experience with ad creation and analytics for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedInStrong project management

skills with the ability to take own projects and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $70,000 – $100,000. The

salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to,
