The Job- Achieving financial targets within the Holiday Sales Team
- To generate and follow up on all Holiday booking leads
- Proactively promote and sell Holidays to existing customers
- To really understand your customer and their needs to get them the best possible holiday
- Supporting the wider team to reach departmental goals & enhance the guest journey
- Personable and Friendly on the Phone
- Proactive and Go Getter
- Sales Experience
- Experience within the Holiday Park industry
- Willing to visit the park for 1 weeks training before starting remote
- A basic salary of £22,308
- An uncapped commission structure averaging £12,000!
