Role Overview & Specifications
With the ongoing expansion of the Div1 Sales Team, there is a critical need for a Learning and Development Program Manager to quickly ramp new hire knowledge for maximum effectiveness. This program manager will work with sales management, Munich L&D teams, and other resources to define an onboarding program that every new Div1 salesperson or AE will complete when they join RSNA. The program manager will then execute this program on an ongoing basis, based upon RSNA Div1 hiring plans. In addition to the onboarding component, the L&D Program Manager will develop and execute an ongoing training plan for Div1 sales employees to further increase their skills and capabilities. Based anywhere in the US, this is an ideal position for an experienced salesperson, AE, or RM who has a passion for sales but prefers a more stable salaried compensation structure rather than the uncertainty associated with a large at-risk commission plan.
