Production Artist

Job Title: Production Artist (40 hours a week through mid June)

Location: Lone Tree, Colorado - Hybrid position (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office)

Overview: Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Artist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on editing manuals and forms with fillable fields, which are frequently updated and can range up to 200 pages in length. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print production and be proficient in exporting files for printing purposes. Additionally, occasional design tasks for social graphics and other marketing materials may be required, but the primary focus will be on long-format documents such as history book projects, which are templated and adhere to brand standards.

Responsibilities:Edit manuals and forms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in content and formatting.Create and update fillable fields within documents.Ensure adherence to brand standards and design guidelines.Occasionally create social graphics and other marketing materials.Work closely with the design and marketing teams to meet project

requirements and deadlines.Maintain organized records and files of all projects.

Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.Strong understanding of print production processes.Ability to export files for printing with precision.Excellent organizational

skills and attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration

skills.Previous

experience in a similar role preferred.
