Litigation Associate

Prominent east bay firm seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join their established team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities:Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop winning case strategies.Draft and edit legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Manage discovery process, including requests for production, interrogatories, and depositions.Prepare witnesses for depositions and trial testimony.Assist with trial preparation and presentations, including legal arguments.Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with clients and senior attorneys.Stay current on legal developments and relevant case law.

Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a license to practice law in the state of California.Minimum of 3 years of

experience in high level litigation.

Experience taking and defending depositions.Excellent written and verbal communication

skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving

skills.Superior time management and organizational

skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in legal research databases and case management software.
