experienceWilling to be very hands on. A lot of their systems are manual including manual intercompany transactions. This is going to be one of their biggest keys-being willing to be manual and having strong intercompany transactions.Multi-entity- they have a lot entities, which can be complicated. Restaurant is strongly preferred but open to without it. For example, she will not look at someone with all oil and gas as it is transferable in her eyes. She would look at someone coming from a franchise/licensing environment without restaurant. They might look at property but are worried about treasury, cash management, and intercompany if they come from property. This role will manage a team of 10. They are open to candidates who have had smaller teams, but they have to be willing to manage larger teams. One person in the interview said that one manager cannot manage 10 people, and they do not want someone who is going to say something like that.Someone who does not want growth- their CFO and VP of Finance are not going anywhere, need someone who wants to be a Controller.
