Assembly Team Lead

Pay hourly DOE. Must be able to work any shift. Must have automotive manufacturing Team Lead

experience.

The main goal of this role is to act as the floor leader for SQCDM-related matters. This job offers a direct line of communication with the demands of the associates. In order to guarantee that production is as effective and safe as possible, the position adheres to conventional work procedures and safe work habits. Responsibilities-assembly Team Lead

Safety: Make sure that everyone working in the area is safe, including visitors and forklift operators. Adhere to all safety regulations. To provide a safe working environment, conduct safety training. Examine every event or mishap, and offer efficient C/Ms.

Quality: Inspect the process for quality and inspect the parts while they are being made.

Cost: Oversee sort area; confirm totals of scrap; make sure that only non-reusable and non-fragile products are disposed of. Keep an eye on tools and make sure they are used and kept correctly.

Delivery: Help with all tasks, such as operating forklifts, and inspection to make sure the production schedule is being fulfilled on time. Organize the priorities of your department. carries out

duties with little supervision in accordance with manufacturing schedules.

Manpower: Support employees while they work, help with challenging assignments, and foster effective manager-associate communication. Work according to TS16949 guidelines.

Morale: The ability to operate in a team atmosphere and compliance with the Attendance Policy are prerequisites. Assist staff members with coaching and development.

Knowledge And/or Expertise Assembly Team Lead

A two-year college or technical school associate's degree (AA) or its equivalent; one to two years of relevant

experience and/or training; or an equivalent mix of

education and

experience. a one-year certificate from a technical institution or college; three to six months of relevant

experience; or an equivalent mix of

education and training. Minimum of a general

education degree (GED) or a high school diploma.

Language Proficiency
