The Role

One of the most influential roles for Acima is the Store Manager position. The Store Manager is responsible for general management of all activities within an assigned large retail partner. The Store Manager will maximize store revenue and profits through efficient management of all store activities, including the selection, training, and ongoing development of coworkers within the store.

Duties

Sales/ Account Management

Establish and track daily and weekly sales objectives, supervise and guide coworkers in sales endeavors, facilitate the conversion of rental agreements, and oversee sales outcomes to ensure revenue growth. Address challenging accounts requiring managerial intervention, authorize customer commitments, supervise coworkers' collection activities, and provide leadership and training to ensure adherence to established collection procedures and standards. Educate customers on lease terms and delivery protocols, review overdue accounts, and engage with customers to encourage timely payments. Oversee sales and account operations. Guide customer interactions on furniture leasing options, ensuring clarity on payment terms and top-notch service

Leadership

Fostering motivation, evaluation, coaching, and counseling. Aid in identifying and nurturing future Store Managers. Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate them on the rental process. Train, supervise, and assess coworkers' dedication to exceptional customer service, enhancing sales and account management

skills through ongoing training and coaching. Promptly address and resolve issues and complaints to maintain consistent customer satisfaction and friendly service. Cultivate a positive work environment to enhance coworker retention and minimize turnover and complaints.

Required

Skills

Minimum of 3-5 years of

experience in retail sales management Strong leadership

skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal

skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus Organized, with time-management

skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time position. The days and hours of operation are Monday through Sunday. The days and hours that you will actually work will vary but will include weekends

While Performing The

duties of this job, the Store Manager is regularly required to talk and listen. This position is highly active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
