We have an extremely exciting opportunity at an ambitious Brighton based company to learn how to become a Recruitment Consultant, working within Life Sciences.

Basic Salary £22,000 - £25,000 – depending on experience, with uncapped commission

Realistic 1st year earnings of £40,000, 2nd year £60,000 and 3rd year £80,000+ (top performers earn over £100,000)

Hybrid Working (1-2dpw, after training)

The ideal candidate:

• Articulate, Driven and hardworking
• Strong academic background
• 6+ months experience in a Sales, Marketing, Property or office based work

• A structured 6-month intensive training programme with dedicated in-house, highly experienced trainers

Role responsibilities can include

• Sourcing high-calibre candidates for specialist roles across the globe
• Establishing relationships with candidates for long-term collaborations
• Developing new business opportunities through proactive client introduction and relationship management
• Writing advertisements for job boards and LinkedIn
• Managing multiple recruitment and interview processes
